The Backyard serves casual American food in downtown Aiken, South Carolina, with a menu built around smoked meats, smash burgers, chicken, pork, whole wings, sandwiches and boards made for sharing.
We smoke. We grill. We smash beef against a screaming-hot griddle.
Then we bring it to the table.
